Who we are

tweet.rip is a product of Arche Labs Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus (Apostolou Louka 14, 8577 Tala, Cyprus). Questions about your data can be sent to mehdi@chessigma.com.

What data we collect and why

We collect only what is necessary to fulfil your purchase and provide support:

• Email address - to deliver your purchase and respond to support requests.
• GitHub username - to grant you access to the private repository.
• Payment identifiers - reference numbers provided by our payment processor. We do not store card numbers or full payment details ourselves.
• Support correspondence - emails or messages you send us, kept to resolve your issue and improve the product.

What we do not collect

tweet.rip runs entirely locally inside your own git repository. We have no server that receives your captured content, notes, knowledge graph, or any data you create inside the template. That data lives on your machine and in your own version control - we never see it.

Analytics

This website uses PostHog, a privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics tool. It records aggregate page views and performance metrics. It does not track individuals across sites or build advertising profiles. No consent banner is required.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share it only with the services strictly needed to operate (e.g., our payment processor and GitHub for repo access), and only to the extent necessary.

Retention

Purchase and contact records are kept for as long as legally required (generally 7 years for financial records under Cyprus law). Support correspondence is kept for up to 3 years or until you ask us to delete it.

Your GDPR rights

As a resident of the EU/EEA you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion (“right to be forgotten”)
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection
