Our commitment

We want you to be satisfied with tweet.rip. Because it is a digital product - a private source code repository - we offer a straightforward 14-day refund window with one important condition.

When you can get a refund

You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of purchase and you have not yet cloned or downloaded the private repository or otherwise begun consuming access to the source.

Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal for digital content is lost once delivery begins with the consumer’s explicit consent. By cloning the repository or accessing the source code, you confirm that delivery has begun and the right of withdrawal is waived.

When we cannot refund

• You have already cloned or downloaded the private repository.
• More than 14 days have passed since purchase.
• The request is for a change of mind after access has been consumed.

If you are genuinely blocked or unable to use the product due to a bug or technical issue on our side, reach out and we will work with you regardless of the above.

How to request a refund

Email mehdi@chessigma.com with your purchase details (email address used, payment reference). We will confirm eligibility and process any approved refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
