Terms of Service

The product

tweet.rip is a clonable private repository template - a “second brain” for building in public. You clone it into your own git repo and run it locally. It is not a hosted service. To use it you must provide your own Claude Code access and model subscription. Arche Labs Ltd has no control over and accepts no liability for the availability or pricing of third-party AI services.

License

Purchasing tweet.rip grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use, modify, and run the template for your own personal or business purposes. Full details are on the License page.

Payment and access

Purchases are currently arranged manually by email at mehdi@chessigma.com. Two tiers are available:

• $19 - current version, one-time payment.
• $49 - current version plus all future updates, one-time payment.

Repository access is granted after payment clears. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or republish the template or source code as your own product
• Share private repository access with others
• Use tweet.rip for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to remove or circumvent any copyright or attribution notices

Intellectual property

All source code, design, and documentation in the tweet.rip template remain the intellectual property of Arche Labs Ltd. Your purchase grants a license to use it, not ownership of it.

Updates

We may ship updates, bug fixes, and new features at our discretion. The $49 tier includes access to all future updates. The $19 tier covers the version current at time of purchase. We make no guarantees about the frequency or scope of updates.

Warranty disclaimer

tweet.rip is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arche Labs Ltd’s total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of tweet.rip shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
